Through my engagement in weekly classes over the past 6 months, I have found Michelle Trimboli to be a highly skilled yoga instructor. Her depth of knowledge and experience, means that she is able to consistently deliver a challenging and engaging practice for her students. Further, Michelle’s willingness to get to know each of her students’ current needs, has meant that she has been able to cater for me during the early stages of my pregnancy with professionalism and discretion. Each class has offered wonderful variety, whilst allowing me to build on my current skill base and beginners through to experienced students are always appropriately supported. Through her integration of yin, breathing and mindfulness techniques I leave each class feeling physically challenged, whilst maintaining a sense of calm and clarity. I cannot recommend Michelle highly enough.

We were blessed to have Michelle join us at Illuminate in August 2017. Michelle taught beginner's yoga daily to our attendees and became a favourite part of the entire retreat. Michelle is equipped with an extremely unique ability to observe and understand her client's needs without saying much. As a result, her yoga classes are a beautiful, safe and nurturing experience. Meeting you at your level, then challenging you to deepen your practice, Michelle was the perfect choice for our retreat.

Michelle is a truly wonderful, talented instructor. Due to Covid, I had not attended yoga classes for a long time. I tried other online yoga classes but didn’t click with them, finding the instructors too vague and struggling with knowing whether I was in the right position for the pose, leaving me feeling inadequate. Michelle has completely changed that. Her friendly and warm instruction ensures you feel comfortable whatever your ability. She explains fully how a pose should look, feel, modifications that can be taken and how to ease yourself further into a pose, making you feel empowered and in control. The meditative aspect to the practice leaves me feeling calm and restored. It’s like having my personal yoga instructor! Thank you, Michelle!

Michelle has an amazing authenticity. The energy and the passion she has for her yoga class is awesome!

Michelle is naturally in tune with her body and mind and has helped guide my husband and I into a journey of yoga and mediation, which is something I could never see happening.
