Here at Merlunah we specialise in teaching Vinyasa yoga, Yin, Pranayama and Meditation practices. In addition to this, we will soon be offering Mobility and Conditioning classes to assist with your practice or your current exercise regime. We offer a library of classes/practices, with durations ranging from 5 - 60min. Releasing new flows every month, offering live classes weekly, customised one on ones, corporate, sporting clubs and events, to suit anyone.

In your VIP Membership, you’ll receive an initial consultation, 2 x 30min one-on-one sessions per month, as well as your weekly on demand and catalogue classes.
